Sepsis Awareness Day

Flanked by Putnam County Hospital officials, Greencastle Mayor Bill Dory signs a proclamation supporting Sept. 13 as Sepsis Awareness Day in the City of Greencastle, urging citizens to note the occasion as the life-threatening illness is responsible for a quarter-million American deaths each year with more than 1.5 million cases of sepsis occurring in the country.
