Today is the 23 month Anniversary of my Husband's Medical Murder by the Hospital we once trusted, NEVER to be trusted again. Everyone say's it get's easier, but they're full of it.
 Every day is harder and harder. His death has been a devastating blow on his entire family. Almost 43 year's sleeping next to the love of my life and sharing everything, then all of a sudden he's gone. The pain is unbearable. My ambition is gone. I only do was has to be done. He's no longer here to help me make decision's. To help me with anything. To kiss me good-bye when I leave the house. To be waiting for me at the door when I get home. To help carry in the groceries. To help take care of the grandchildren. It's so lonely without him and the little one's are just as lost. The Grandfather that helped them build snow fort's, pulled them around on the sled, played ball with them and whatever else they wanted to play, no longer here because he was denied the Medical care he deserved. Our almost 4 year old granddaughter told me today, she want's a necklace just like her sister's with ashes of DeDe in it, but she think's he's still in the hospital. She keeps waiting for him to come home. There's even a song on a TV commercial called "I'm Coming Home" and she call's it DeDe's song. Whenever she hear's it she say's DeDe's coming home.
Dealing with my Husband's death is the worst thing I've ever had to deal with. We were together 44 year's. Every day, every night. He was my protector. My true Love. My Knight in Shining Armor.
I will never understand how "Doctor's" can go on killing people instead of saving live's and are Never held accountable for that matter. Atty. General's in other States are prosecuting Doctor's who Murder their patient's, but NOT in New Hampshire. Why??? My husband didn't deserve to die. He was a good man. Just because he REFUSED to let his HEALTHY kidney be removed, was no reason to kill him, but that's exactly what they did.
My Husband will NOT be forgotten. Not ever and I will fight for the justice he deserves for as long as I live.

Don't believe ANYTHING you read or hear concerning Government agencies that are "SUPPOSED" to be looking out for OUR well being. They are only looking out for themselves and their weekly pay check's (and maybe even payoffs, which wouldn't surprise me in the least!)

I just received another Reconsideration Determination on the care my husband received (he actually received NO CARE) while a patient at St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua, NH. 

My husband was ILLEGALLY, without consent, put on Hospice/Palliative care by Hospitalist Amit Chander after we had already refused. Nobody told us who the Death Monger was that wheeled his wheelchair into my husband's room and proceeded to overdose him with 225 mgs. of Morphine DAILY, which I didn't find out until I got his Medical record's. No repercussions for him, but Death for my husband. The State of NH just doesn't care about the Medically Murdered. And Medicare paid the fraudulent bills.

The latest complaint I filed with Livanta, was only filed because the NH Medical Board told  me to do it after they found in my husband's Medical file that he was ILLEGALLY DNR'd. They found that themselves, but of course refuse to do anything about it. They stated, "It was a case of MISCOMMUNICATION."  So does MISCOMMUNICATION give ANYBODY the right to MURDER another human being? In NH I guess it does!

The paperwork from Livanta states there were hospitalist's, ER physicians, nurse practitioners and a palliative care physician there at the time of my husband's admission. F***ing Liar's. There were two ER Doctor's and a Palliative care Nurse Practitioner came in and NEVER told us WHO she was. SHE is responsible for the MURDER of my husband! SHE stopped  the treatment the ER Physician's started. But how could she? We din't hire her. Who sent her into my husband's room? Oh, of course, it had to have been Oncologist Douglas Tisdale. The Doctor that wanted to remove his "Healthy" kidney! Kristin Fox wasn't even his Doctor. I've heard plenty about her since my husband's Murder. Nothing good.
 My husband's own Primary Care Dr.own Doctor was never even contacted or consulted with.The paperwork also states he was DNR status at the time of admission. Again, F***ing LIARS! It also states my husband was put on a Morphine drip, which he WAS'NT, even though Kristin Fox tried to coerce us into a morphine drip and DNR And fought us to remove hydration and oxygen. It's bad enough they starved him for three weeks when they REFUSED him a feeding tube. For that matter, they REFUSED EVERYTHING we requested! It also states he was put on comfort care. Comfort care was NEVER mentioned. Palliative care was NEVER mentioned and nobody ever told us what Comfort care or Palliative care was!

Why are OUR tax dollar's paying for these USELESS agencies when all they go by are falsified record's and NEVER listen to the patient or family members?

Livanta needs to be ABOLISHED. How can they see nothing wrong with the standard of care being practiced by these Hospital's? I guess they ALL need glasses AND a new job! President Trump would be doing us ALL a great favor if he shut down Livanta AND put an end to Hospice/Palliative care which practices ILLEGAL Euthanasia!

The findings of a new Medicare study conflict with popular ideas about which patients cost the most health care dollars in the last year of life — and where potential cost savings lie.

Last-ditch, high-tech heroic treatments. Days in the hospital intensive care unit. You might think this is what makes dying in America so expensive — and that it’s where we should focus efforts to spend the nation’s health care dollars more wisely.

But a new study finds that for nearly half of older Americans, the pattern of high spending on health care was already in motion a full year before they died.

That was due to the care they received for multiple chronic health conditions, including many doctor visits and regular hospital stays over the year, not just in their final days.

As a result, the study shows, the last year of life for this large group of seniors costs the Medicare system five times as much as the care received by the much smaller group of seniors who have a sudden burst of very expensive care in their last few weeks of life. The findings have clear implications for efforts to improve care, and contain the growth of costs, at the end of life.
