Father, 51, died of sepsis after he wasn't given antibiotics for FIVE days by doctors at troubled hospital despite having classic symptoms of the illness
- Simon Smith was admitted to hospital with an excruciating leg pain last year
- He should have been given antibiotics soon after, according to care assessment
- But staff at Russells Hall Hospital in Dudley failed to give him drugs he needed
- Mr Smith died aged 51 of sepsis after he wasn't given antibiotics for five days
