Father, 51, died of sepsis after he wasn't given antibiotics for FIVE days by doctors at troubled hospital despite having classic symptoms of the illness

Simon Smith was admitted to hospital with an excruciating leg pain last year
He should have been given antibiotics soon after, according to care assessment
But staff at Russells Hall Hospital in Dudley failed to give him drugs he needed
Mr Smith died aged 51 of sepsis after he wasn't given antibiotics for five days
