Not at what was left out or any proof including witness statements sent to them. I sure hope President Trump puts an end to this Company because they sure as hell are useless as shit! There are two sides to EVERY story, but Livanta doesn't see it that way! So don't bother filing complaints with them because you'll get absolutely nowhere. I know. I spent weeks putting everything together. Sending them more and more paperwork and proof. They didn't even have time to read what I sent before sending back their answer. More money our Government spends unwisely!
What Medicine Services does the patient get? No antibiotics, No Diabetes medication, nothing to treat any illnesses that the patient and family were never even told the patient had. So what does the patient get? Overdosed with Morphine! You call that Medicine? Morphine weakens the patient even more, setting him up to die.

Today makes nine months that my loving Husband of 42 1/2 years was murdered by the Hospital we once trusted. Ripped away from the family who loved him, whom he loved with all his being, needlessly, senselessly. ILLEGALLY , UNKNOWINGLY, SECRETLY Forced into Hospice/Palliative Care, by a pissed off Oncologist who wanted his NON-Cancerous Kidney removed. Why? You tell me. Lab reports show there was nothing wrong with his kidney. Did the Oncologist or anyone else even bother to read the lab reports? I'm no Medical expert, but I DO know how to read. And there weren't just lab reports. One of this Doctors own colleagues admitted my husband did NOT have kidney cancer. So why did his Oncologist want it so badly, stating he wouldn't know if it was cancer until AFTER it was removed? My husband was clearly in his right mind when he refused to have it removed. After my husband's refusal, this Doctors demeanor totally changed. He accused US of not wanting treatment, even though my Husband stated very clearly he DID want treatment and did NOT want to die. This jerk Oncologist  instead threw him to the wolves. The wolves that provide no treatment, but instead OVERDOSE our Loved ones with Morphine, never telling us about other illnesses found and treated for NOTHING! The Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner stood in the examining room and witnessed EVERYTHING that my husband and I stated. That we BOTH REFUSED Hospice care. We wanted TREATMENT! We  weren't even told who she was. All we knew was that she worked in this Doctors office.There was no consultation. There were NO consent forms signed. His Primary Care Dr. was NEVER contacted or consulted about Hospice/Palliative Care AND my Husband's Oncologist told US that he had a year or more to live if he indeed DID have Cancer. Federal Law states patients can't be put on Hospice unless the Doctor and the patients Primary Care Doctor can show that the patient has six months or less to live. So why is Medicare paying for ILLEGAL Hospice/Palliative Care???????
I've spent the last nine months fighting for Justice for my MURDERED Husband and I will continue to do so Until he gets the Justice he deserves. Life is nothing like it used to be and I no longer trust the Hospital where our children and grandchildren were born. The Hospital my husband and I once trusted and respected, back in the day when they practiced saving peoples lives. No longer the norm. Making money off of killing patients pays more evidently.
Hospice/Palliative Care,(where you get NO care, only Overdosed), needs to be abolished! Our Federal Government needs to go after these Hospitals for not following Federal Law.
Our Loved ones are being needlessly MURDERED by overzealous so-called Doctors who couldn't care less about the Hippocratic Oath they took to SAVE lives. This is the NEW STEALTH Euthanasia. Sepsis sets in. Left untreated, as in my husbands case, because a lying Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner who had no  business anywhere near him denied him antibiotics and denied him the right to live. Burn in Hell Bitch! His own Doctor was never even contacted about his care, or should I say the care he never got!

This is his neck. He had these marks in several places on his body.

This is his mottled extremely thin leg. He was refused a feeding tube from the beginning of his stay. They stated,"That would be surgery. He can't have surgery. He's too weak." I was told his leg was turning purple because of poor circulation, so I rubbed his legs and tried exercising them. I didn't find out until after he died that this was a sign of Sepsis. Sepsis that the Undertaker told us he had, because St. Joseph's didn't have the  decency to tell us, just like they didn't have the decency to tell us about anything else either!

On this day, 67 years ago,  January 16th, 1951, a very special baby boy was born to Viola M. Parker and William F. Knightly Sr. in Boston, Mass. He was named William F. Knightly Jr. He grew up to be a very loving, compassionate and respectful man.
The day we met was the best day of my life. He was always so giving. So caring. He always thought of everyone else before himself. We had five children together. He loved them all.

He was an only child and wanted a big family, so that's what he got.
Our five children gave us twelve beautiful grandchildren and one great grandchild. He loved every one of them. They made him so happy. He used to play for hours with them and taught them so much. He even taught his 8 month old granddaughter how to play the harmonica. As he laid in the Hospital bed, they played the harmonica together. When the Doctor asked him what was the most important thing in his life, his answer was, "My Family."
We were married 42 1/2 years. He always said it didn't seem that long. That it just seemed like yesterday that we were married. He told the Doctor he wanted another 42 years. If he had been treated for the infection he went into the Hospital with and the illnesses they found, that we were never told about and the Sepsis he contracted at the Hospital, he may have gotten another 42 years. Instead his life was cut short due to negligence on the part of the Hospital we once trusted. The Hospital I nor my family will ever step foot in again. Sepsis Central.
My husband loved life and the family we raised together. He was my Soulmate. My BETTER half. We did everything together. I've never met anyone like him and I know I never will. He is one of a kind. As the saying goes, the truth really is, "Only the Good die young." When God took him, he must have needed a special man in Heaven, for whatever reason I'll never know. I guess he didn't realize how much I and my family need him down here. I am so lost without him. I feel dead. I just want to be with him. I don't want to be here without him, but I guess I'm stuck here for now fighting for Justice for my husband and all the other people who died needlessly, senselessly because of the Hospitals they once trusted. Hospitals that don't follow the Law. Hospitals that put people on Hospice/Palliative Care ILLEGALLY. Hospitals that deny patients treatment for their illnesses and Sepsis that they contract in Hospitals. If I can ever help make needed changes to the horrible Medical care we now have, then I can go and be with my husband. The sooner the better.

A Living Will will Kill you and so will Hospice/Palliative Care

If for some reason you are admitted into your favorite Hospital that you once thought you could trust, do NOT sign a Living Will. You are signing your life away, literally! You will NOT be treated for anything. You will just be left to die. If you're on an Organ Donor list, you'll die even quicker.
My husband nor any of our family ever signed a Living Will, but he STILL was denied treatment at our once "trusted" Hospital.
As for Hospice/Palliative Care, be very careful. Even if you refuse, the Doctors will go against your wishes and set you up with Hospice/Palliative Care ILLEGALLY, UNKNOWINGLY, SECRETLY, never telling you who these Death Monger's are that are "supposedly" taking care of you. No Consent forms signed, NO Consultation, NO contact made with your Primary Care Doctor. All ILLEGAL and against Federal Law. You ask for treatment and get NOTHING but overdosed with Morphine. Daily lab tests show you have an infection. No antibiotics are ever given. Other illnesses come to light. You and your family are never told and these illnesses are left untreated. Then you contract Sepsis because the infection you had was never treated and a Palliative Care busy body comes in and denies antibiotics. Then you're denied blood tests, a blood transfusion, a Cat Scan and denied the right to transfer to a REAL Hospital. Doctors are waiting for you but you never show up. Boom, your dead!
So why  are they getting away with it? This is MEDICARE FRAUD!!!! I would really like to know WHO is in charge at Medicare of making sure Consent forms for Hospice/Palliative Care are in a patients file before they pay the Medical Bills! Because they sure as hell weren't in my husbands file. There were NO CONSENT FORMS SIGNED. We never even saw a Consent Form, never-mind signed it!
No-one ever told us the Death Monger's were Hospice/Palliative Care and then someone had the B***s to send a Palliative Care Murdering APRN to our home that caused him to have a heart attack,(that we weren't told about),after my husband was discharged. Discharged because he said,"I have to get out of here. They're trying to kill me." Thank's to that Bitch, he  ended up back in the Hospital. If we had known what was going on, he wouldn't have been brought back there. He would have gone somewhere else. But we weren't told anything.
He was right and they DID kill him. He was ALWAY'S right!

Never letting on to the patient or family members. Never letting on illnesses found through daily lab tests and never treated for any of them. Illnesses with many of the same symptoms of Cancer, but never looked into. Negative Lung Biopsy's that show no cancer, but "supposedly" Lung cancer found in another part of the body. Total Bullshit! If the patient doesn't have Lung cancer in the lung, there is no way they have Lung cancer in another part of their body. I've spoken to many Cancer specialists that stated this doesn't happen. The Hospital is just trying to cover their own butt's for denying treatment and ILLEGALLY putting the patient on Hospice/Palliative care. Overdosing the patient with Morphine instead to weaken him more and kill him off. Well they killed the wrong man! I will never stop this fight for my husband. He did NOT have Cancer and these so-called Doctors WILL be held accountable. The quack Oncologist put him on Cipro along with Oxycodone. Cipro is dangerous in itself, but along with Oxycodone, anyone with half a brain should know these drugs cause fatigue and weakness and my husband had no weakness until he started taking the Cipro. And then they deny him the treatment he asked for? What kind of Doctors are you? Death Monger's! You don't give a shit about your patients. You want the easy way out. Death pays well these days doesn't it? I pray to God every day that each and every one of you Death Mongers end up in Prison where you belong. You've made my life a living hell and I hope your lives are even worse.
And to the lying Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner, no-one gave you the authority to stop the antibiotics the ER Doctor started my husband on for Sepsis. Sepsis that you never had the decency to tell us he had and then you lie to my face and say it wasn't you. I've heard plenty about you from other people whose family members were stuck with you. Only how did my husband get stuck with you? We signed NO consent forms, had no consultation AND my husband's Primary Care Doctor was never even contacted. You were NOT his Doctor and we were never told you were taking over.
I believe everything was kept a big secret because you know you would have been thrown out on your ass as well as your cohort Dr. Death! What goes around comes around and God will make sure you get whats coming to you seeing as no-one else will.
You ALL suck and I hope you ALL burn in Hell. God knows you murdered my husband and I'm sure many more people. If you have plans on going to Heaven, you're shit of luck!
