WHO lists top 10 causes of death in 2019

WHO lists top 10 causes of death in 2019

The World Health Organization has released the top 10 causes of death across the globe in 2019.

The WHO says seven of the 10 leading causes of mortality were non-communicable, or chronic diseases, as opposed to infectious diseases or injuries.

12-26-2020 is the 44 Month Anniversary of My Husband Bill Knightly's Murder by St. Joseph Hospital.

I't now 44 month's since the senseless Murder of My Beloved Husband. Never in my wildest dreams could I even think that a hospital could be so callous. So un-compassionate, that they could kill off a patient, never mind my own Husband. What ever happened to  “first, do no harm”? Just Bull Shit these day's. They need to change their oath to "first make the money, the Hell with Life", that is if there still IS a Hippocratic oath.

Another month has passed, another sad Christmas without my Husband, Murdered by the Hospital we trusted.                                  He loved the Holiday's, especially Christmas. He loved watching our Grandchildren as their eyes lit up opening their present's. Joining in on their fun. He was a kid at heart and made every day special for them, whether it was a Holiday or just another day. They miss him as much as I do. It's not the same without him. It never will be. He will NEVER be Forgotten or any less Loved.

Today is the 43 Month Anniversary of the MURDER of My Husband Bill Knightly by St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua, NH

Today is the 43 month Anniversary of the Murder of My Beloved Husband and the 4th Thanksgiving without him. He loved the holiday's and loved helping prepare the holiday meals. He loved cooking and helping with everything, no matter whether it was a holiday or just another day, but holiday's with him were very special.                                                     Life still suck's without him. It always will. We were a team. We helped each other with everything. Now it's just me. I'm so lost without him. I try to do everything myself. I don't like asking anyone for anything. We always did everything ourselves, so that's what I try to do, everything myself.                                                                                                                     And no, life is no easier. I don't imagine it ever will be. I'm just doing the best I can. I know he is watching over me and everything I do is how I know he would have done it. He was a great teacher and taught me well.  He was the best and no-one can ever take his place. We all love and miss him so much. He was a good man. A Loving Husband, Father and Grandfather. He loved his Grandchildren so much. They were the world to him and he was the world to them. The best Grandfather ever, always making sure they were happy and having fun. Life just isn't the same for any of us. He will never be forgotten. He will always be loved and remembered for the kind hearted and loving man he was. They say only the good die young. It's true. He was the best man I've ever met and he would still be here if he hadn't been MURDERED by the hospital we once trusted. I heard they're going downhill now. Good. They deserve to be shut down! A Catholic Hospital that kill's the patient's. Unbelievable!
KARMA!

Today is the 42 Month Anniversary of the MURDER of My Husband by St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua, NH

Today is 42 month's since the Murder of my beloved Husband, Bill Knightly by the Hospital we once trusted.                                                                                                                         Still No Justice. Still No prosecution's, Nothing. But don't forget, this is Nashua, NH. I should have expected Nothing would be done. The good ole boy's still run this State. The Medical profession has this State in their pocket's. That's kind of obvious. The Medical Board sides with the Doctor's, even after admitting what was done to My Husband was ILLEGAL. The Nursing Board sides with the Nurses, even though one of the Nurse Practitioners was FIRED, the Nursing Board still did NOT  Nothing! And the other POS Nurse Practitioner was promoted to Director of Cancer Services. Not even a Doctor and the bitch get's that position. Promoted, for saving the Hospital money by killing off My Husband and how many other's?And NO, life still isn't any easier. In fact it's much harder. I don't see it EVER getting any easier. The Love of My Life, My Soulmate, My Other half, My Partner is gone. Senselessly Murdered, by the Hospital he told he wanted TREATMENT, NOT DEATH! Oddly enough, they treat drug addicts better than they do Senior's these day's. They treat them for Sepsis, but denied My Husband treatment after contracting it in their shithole. Once you turn 65, you're considered EXPENDABLE, thanks to Obamacare and HIS Death Panels.                                                                                    My Husband will NEVER be forgotten. I'll make sure of it. And those scumbag Death Monger's will never live it down. I'll make sure of that also!

Happy 46th Anniversary to the Love of My Life

Forty six years ago today I married the Love of my Life, My Knight,Another year I no longer have a reason to celebrate the life we made together,

You were taken from me too soon, no more happy memories to make, only the memories from the past that we shared,All the things we did together to make this house you loved so much a home,
The family we raised, the grandchildren we cherish,
We laughed together, we cried together through the good times and the bad, supporting each other in everything we did,
The only person I could ever count on, the only person I ever will,
We loved each other unconditionally, no matter what life threw at us,
We were always each other’s rock, I’ll never have that again,
I am so lost without you, we did everything together, I feel so alone and unhappy,
Our Love will last FOREVER, even in death,
I long to hear your voice and see your smiling face, the happiness in your eyes,
My heart will never mend until I’m in your arms again,
I’m no longer the strong person I used to be, I’m half a person without you, my heart is broken in two,
Marriage vows say until death do we part, but our marriage will not end at death,
We will be married forever, husband and wife throughout eternity,
Praying that we will be reunited again when my time on earth is over,
The sooner the better, again we will be one,
Happy Anniversary to you my Knight and please never leave my side,
I can’t bare the thought of not feeling you close to me, please don’t ever go.
I Love you my Knight and I always will. I will never let you go.
Love Always and Forever, Dot xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo

Today is the 41 Month Anniversary of the ILLEGAL Stealth Euthanasia of My Husband, Bill Knightly by St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua, NH

Today makes 41 months since the MURDER of My Beloved Husband by St. Josephs Hospital in Nashua. The Hospital we once trusted, but never again. Trust must be earned, but in their case  I've lost ALL trust and respect for the Hospital responsible for KILLING My Husband. Stealth Euthanasia is being practiced ILLEGALLY and the State of New Hampshire does absolutely NOTHING to stop it. I've heard out of all 50 States Euthanasia is legal in only 3. So why are the other 47 States getting away with the Murder of our Loved Ones?

My Husband was denied hydration. I fought for an IV vehemently. Every time the IV bag ran out I called the Nurses station several times and sometimes waited over an hour for a Nurse to come in. I fought for a feeding tube. That went nowhere. They said it was considered surgery and he couldn't have that. I fought for a blood transfusion. The response I got by  Hospitalist, Winn Kyaw, "Why waste the blood on him when someone bleeding to death could use it more?" Dirty bastard. My Husband gave blood for many years of his life and was now being denied when he needed it. I will NEVER give blood after the way my poor Husband was treated. They even kept shutting off his oxygen. I kept bitching. Even the medication for Sepsis was stopped, even though I was never told he had Sepsis, or the UTI and severe pressure ulcers that caused it. I only wish I had known that a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner Kristin Fox was the one giving the orders. A Nurse Practitioner whom we never chose or wanted to handle his care, or should I say the care he was denied. According to his Medical file, Kristin Fox ordered ALL treatment stopped along with the ILLEGAL DNR forced on My Husband. That bitch said he'd be dead with 2 hours. If she had her way, he would have been. She wanted to put him on a Morphine drip to just let him go. I refused and so did My Husband. Without any care or compassion from that wretched bitch, he lasted a week. She denies to this day that she is the one that stopped the medication and treatment, but I have it all in writing!

The New Hampshire Board of Medicine told me themselves, My Husband was ILLEGALLY DNRed. Supposedly due to MISCOMMUNICATION! So I asked what are you going to do about it? Nothing! St. Josephs got away with the Murder of My Husband. My Husband whom I would have been married to for 46 years on September 28th.

I will keep on writing about the Murder of My Husband for as long as I live. He will NOT be forgotten and I'll make sure every chance I get that everyone know's that this Hospital of death killed My beloved Husband and many other's with Sepsis, Illegal DNR's and UN-wanted Palliative Care. If you care at all about your Loved Ones, steer clear of St. Joseph Hospital. Not to Saintly at all. They don't perform abortions there being a Catholic Hospital, so what gives them the right to MURDER our Loved Ones.

Billy, you will NEVER be forgotten and I'll make sure I keep spreading the word against this dump and the Death Monger's they employ! We miss you so much. Life is so hard without you. Karma needs to kick in seeing as the State of New Hampshire won't do anything! Payoff's? I'm sure!

Today is the 40 Month Anniversary of the Senseless MURDER of My Husband Bill Knightly by St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua, NH

Today is 40 months since my beloved Husband's MURDER by the Hospital we once trusted, St. Joseph's in Nashua, NH. Life has not gotten any easier. If anything its gotten much harder.

I know My Husband wouldn't have left me if he didn't think I could do everything on my own and that I'd have plenty of help. He was  promised by some family member's I'd have their help and support. It's too bad it hasn't worked out that way. Unfortunately, My Husband's death was too much for some of the family to handle and they went off the deep end. No help there and no support. They still count on me to do for them.

My plate is overflowing, which is the reason I don't have much time to keep updating my blog's. I don't have much time for anything, but I refuse to let My Husband be forgotten and I make sure I write a post for him for each month's Anniversary of his death and all of the other dates we shared. All of the thing's we did together, I now do alone. It really suck's. Some days I get so frustrated trying to do everything. I don't like to ask anyone for help and try my hardest to do everything that needs to be done.

My Husband was a great Teacher. I learned a lot from him, working with him all the time. Sharing everything. There are some things I can't do myself, but I still try. My Life partner, My Soulmate, My other half is gone, but he will never be forgotten. He will always be Loved and Missed so very much. I hope he's looking down on me and is proud to see what I've accomplished, thanks to him. I couldn't have had a better teacher or a better Husband. He was "Simply the Best". No-one could EVER take his place.

Today is the 39 Month Anniversary of the Murder and ILLEGAL DNR of My Husband Bill Knightly by St. Joseph's Hospital in Nashua, NH

Today makes 39 months since the death of my beloved Husband thank's to the Medical staff of St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua. Had they treated him for the illnesses he had, which we were never told about, he would be here today. All he asked for was treatment, but all he got was death, by the most un-compassionate, money hungry, UN-ethical Medical UN-professionals I have ever met. Un-trustworthy pieces of shit, who care about money more than they care about people. Their day will come. I only hope to see them suffer the way they made my poor Husband suffer, along with I and My family. Praying they will be denied medical treatment and written off by their own colleagues. Overdosed and Murdered, just like they did to My Husband and so many other's and continue doing thank's to State officials with no balls. Afraid to go after the Murderers of our Loved ones. Big payoffs I'm sure. Even the NH Medical Board admitted My Husband was DNR'd ILLEGALLY. You'd think they would have held the Murderers accountable. Not in New Hampshire. Like they say, Doctor's side with their own, just as Nurses side with their own and the list goes on and on. It's known as the Good Ole Boy's network. They all watch out for each other. It would be nice if someone watched out for the rest of us, but I don't ever see that happening. We are just peon's where our lives mean nothing to any of them. The almighty dollar is all any of them care about and Medicare Fraud runs rampant without repercussions.
Our tax money paying for the Murder of our Loved ones. What a sick, sick world.
My Husband will NEVER be forgotten and you bastard's will NEVER hear the end of me! I hope your lives suck and you get everything rotten you deserve, threefold!

HHS Inspector General's Report Finds Flaws And Fraud In U.S. Hospice Care

HHS Inspector General's Report Finds Flaws And Fraud In U.S. Hospice Care

We all hope for a little peace at the end of life, for ourselves and for our loved ones. Hospice services can play a big role, relieving pain and providing spiritual and emotional support. But a federal report published Tuesday synthesized patient and Medicare payment data going back to 2005 and found that, while patients generally can count on hospice to relieve their suffering, some hospice providers are bilking Medicare and neglecting patients.
The report calls for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, which is a key player in the funding of hospice services, to increase its level of scrutiny to improve the detection of these problems.

SMP National Resource Center 10 Examples of Hospice Fraud

SMP National Resource Center 10 Examples of Hospice Fraud

Hospice is an important benefit for the Medicare population. Hospice fraud threatens this benefit for all beneficiaries. Scammers are getting beneficiaries to agree to hospice care even though they do not qualify for the benefit.

What is Medicare Hospice Fraud?

Hospice fraud occurs when Medicare Part A is falsely billed for any level of hospice care or service.

What are Examples of Hospice Fraud?

  • Falsely certifying and providing services to beneficiaries who are not terminally ill — that is, with a life expectancy of six months or less if the disease runs its normal course
  • Enrolling in hospice without the knowledge or permission of the patient or family
  • Falsely certifying or failing to obtain physician certification on plans of care
  • Paying gifts or incentives to referral sources (such as physicians and nursing homes)
  • Billing for a higher level of care than was needed or provided or for services not received
  • Targeting assisted living facility and/or nursing home residents whose life expectancy exceeds six months
  • Using high-pressure and unsolicited marketing tactics of hospice services
  • Providing inadequate or incomplete services, including, for example, no skilled visits in the last week of life
  • Providing/offering gifts or incentives, including noncovered benefits such as homemaker, housekeeping, or delivery services to encourage beneficiaries to elect hospice even though they may not be terminally ill
  • Embezzling, abusing, or neglecting beneficiaries or medication theft by a hospice worker
  • Keeping a beneficiary on hospice care for long periods of time without medical justification
  • Providing less care on the weekends and disregarding a beneficiary’s care plan

Medicare’s most indefensible fraud hotspot: Hospice care

Medicare’s most indefensible fraud hotspot: Hospice care

  • The number of hospices in the US increased by 43 percent between 2006 and 2016, but with the boom in end-of-life services, Medicare fraud also has risen.
  • Medicare fraud and inaccurate billing costs the federal government health care program as much as $60 billion annually.
  • The amount of Medicare beneficiaries receiving hospice care increased by about 53 percent between 2006 and 2016, with 1.4 million Medicare beneficiaries receiving hospice care in 2016. Spending increased by 81 percent to a level of $16.7 billion in 2016, according to a new report from the Inspector General at the Department of Health and Human Services.

Fraud, waste, and abuse in the Medicare hospice program is ‘repellent’

Fraud, waste, and abuse in the Medicare hospice program is ‘repellent’

The Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of Inspector General, for which I work, recently published a report examining hospice practices over a decade. It showed that hospices do not always provide the services that patients need and sometimes provide poor-quality care. We also found that patients and their families often do not receive crucial information to make informed decisions about hospice care.

Today is the 38 Month Anniversary of the Medical Murder and ILLEGAL DNR of My Beloved Husband Bill Knightly by St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua, NH

Today makes 38 months since the Medical Murder and ILLEGAL DNR of My Beloved Husband, My Knight in Shining Armor, Bill Knightly. Murdered by SO-CALLED Medical professionals who took an oath to SAVE lives, NOT KILL. Medical professionals who no longer feel life is precious and worth fighting for. They now believe Our Loved Ones are expendable and not worth saving. The profit they make off of killing Our Loved Ones is ALL they care about. And then they lie to CMS, stating My Husband was not on Hospice/Palliative care. Legally, he wasn't. Illegally he was and I have ALL the bills and documentation to prove it and sent ALL of it to CMS, who continue to side with the Hospital. If the Hospital told the truth, they would be in trouble and they would have gotten less money. They billed Medicare at a much higher rate than they would have gotten for Hospice/Palliative Care. They ILLEGALLY billed for care My Husband NEVER received. I guess CMS doesn't care about Medicare Fraud. How many other's have been Murdered by ILLEGAL Hospice/Palliative care while the Hospital billed and were paid for FULL services?
My Husband was one of a kind and his Medical Murder has traumatized many. Unfortunately, the Medical UN-PROFESSIONALS responsible for his death AND the State of New Hampshire couldn't care less about the senseless Murder of My Husband or the many other's Medically Murdered just to save a dime. Proof of wrongdoing and Murder goes UN-punished. The Murderers given a free ride to continue Murdering Our Loved Ones. And at a Catholic Hospital at that. Never in my wildest dreams could I ever believe this could happen within a Catholic Hospital or ANY hospital in America for that matter. I was born and raised in the Catholic Church, but I  stopped going when my grandson was put in a Catholic Orphanage by DCYF and adopted out to stranger's, after promising he would come home with us. Murdering My Husband was the last straw. You can't get your tubes tied at a Catholic Hospital, but they will kill you for profit.
ALL Life is precious and ALL lives are worth saving. Money truly IS the root of ALL evil.
When someone WALKS into a Hospital and requests treatment, they BELIEVE they are going to get the best treatment possible, not be Murdered instead, where requests of treatment fall on deaf ears. My Husband was DENIED a blood transfusion, even though he DONATED blood MANY times throughout his life. The scumbag Hospitalist stated, "Why waste the blood on him when someone else could use it more?" Total POS! He denied My Husband EVERYTHING we requested, including TRANSFER to a REAL Hospital, held in that shithole against our will. Still, the State of New Hampshire does absolutely NOTHING.
My Love for My Precious Husband will live on FOREVER AND He will NEVER be Forgotten! I'll make sure of it! I will continue to expose Hospice/Palliative care for what it really is and I will keep on shouting from the rooftop's for as long as it takes to get My Husband the Justice he deserves along with all the other's Medically Murdered.

Today is the 37 Month Anniversary of My Husband Bill Knightly's Medical Murder by St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua, NH

Today My Beloved Husband Billy has been gone 37 months, thank's to St. Joseph Hospital and their ILLEGAL, NON-consensual Hospice/Palliative Care and ILLEGAL DNR they forced on My Husband against our wishes, without our knowledge. An ILLEGAL DNR that even the NH Medical Board admitted was ILLEGAL, but still the Murderers walk free.
Life has NOT gotten any easier and I doubt it ever will. After having a soul mate by your side for over 43 years, that you share everything with, do everything with, think each other's thoughts, finish each other's sentences and cherish with all your heart, it's extremely hard to get along without that person no longer being by your side. All the things we did together, I now have to do on my own, or try to do on my own. Thank God we did everything together. He was a great teacher. If I wasn't by his side, helping him with all kinds of things, nothing would get done. I try to do everything the way Billy would want them done. The same way he did everything and I thank him every day for everything he taught me.
Marriage is a partnership. Teamwork. We were always happy doing everything together. Now when I have a problem, I ask him what to do. Sometimes when I wake up in the morning, I have my answer. Like he came to me in the night and told me exactly what to do. Other times the answer comes to me when I sit and talk to him. He may not be here in body, but I know he's here with me helping me do the many things we did together. Sometimes I surprise myself at what I've accomplished thanks to him. He was the Best and he will Never be forgotten. He was My Best friend, My Best Everything. The Best person I've ever known. Caring, Loving, kind hearted and full of life. Life that was taken away by the Hospital we trusted with our lives, our children's lives and our Grandchildrens lives. How could Healthcare become so horrendous? How could the Hospital we always trusted Murder My Beloved Husband and get away with it? And the State does NOTHING except give these Murderers a free ride. And My Husband isn't the only one they've Murdered. Many of our Loved one's are being Murdered by the Medical UN-professionals they trusted to treat them and save their lives. It's all about money. People on Medicare get the worst treatment, along with people over 65. The Hospitals just write them off, claiming they're too expensive to treat. Claiming our Loved ones are expendable. NO-ONE is expendable. One of the big problem is Hospitalist's. Your own Doctor is no longer allowed in the Hospital. Your Doctor that know's you and the care you need. Hospitalist's are there to save the Hospital money and killing off patient's saves the Hospitals plenty.
Hospitalist's need to go and so does Hospice/Palliative care. All Murderers! If you want to live, steer clear of Hospital's, especially St. Joes, the Hospital of Death! If I only knew then what I know now, My Husband would still be alive!

Today is The 35 Month Anniversary of the MEDICAL MURDER of My Husband, Bill Knightly by St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua, NH

Today is The 35 Month Anniversary of the MEDICAL MURDER of My Husband and still no prosecutions by the State of NH or anyone else for that matter.
The NH Board of Medicine admitted the DNR put on my Husband was ILLEGAL, but still NO prosecutions. The Murderers still walk free to keep on killing. No-one is held accountable. No repercussions.
Life isn't any easier. In fact, it's harder. Just knowing that my Husband was Murdered by the Hospital we used to trust. The Hospital where our children and grandchildren were born. The only Hospital we trusted. Not anymore.
Maybe life wouldn't be so hard if the Murderers were prosecuted. I'd feel a little better knowing their lives were ruined as they've ruined mine. Their ZEN lives would be nothing but suck lives. But they don't have to worry about that. NH doesn't prosecute Medical Murderers. It doesn't matter how much proof you have, Medical Murder in NH goes unpunished. Big payoffs I imagine to kill off the sick and elderly. Death panels DO exist! They're called Hospital Ethics Committees. Funny how they didn't remember my Husband's name. Because peoples lives don't matter to them. All that matter's is the almighty dollar!
My Husband will NEVER be forgotten. Not by any of the Murderers because I'll make sure of it. I will keep on posting his story until SOMEONE holds the Murderers accountable!

I Love you My Knight and always will!

Three Years ago Today My Husband was Admitted to the Hospital That KILLED Him

Three Years ago Today My Husband was Admitted to the Hospital That KILLED Him. St. Joseph's.The Hospital of Death, Sepsis Central. The Hospital he went to to get treatment, but got nothing but overdosed with Morphine by The Circle of Life (Death) Palliative care Doctor from Canada, where Medical Murder of our Loved ones is practiced daily. Overdosed by a Doctor who was neither wanted nor consented to.
Refusal of Hospice/Palliative care by the patient at this Hospital means absolutely nothing. Non-consensual Hospice/Palliative care is forced on un-knowing patient's along with ILLEGAL, NON-consensual DNR's. My Husband was just one of many patient's this Hospital Medically Murdered. He asked for treatment and adamantly stated he did NOT want to die, but they killed him any way. He refused Hospice/Palliative care, but against his and our family's will he was put on it any way. We were never told. We were never told of the illnesses they found through almost daily lab work, nor was he treated for anything. He had a UTI that we were never told about which was left untreated. The UTI and ALL the pressure ulcers all the way down his back ultimately killed him as he ended up with Sepsis. Again, we were never told. He was started on antibiotics and then all of a sudden they were stopped. We had no clue why. The Palliative care Nurse Practitioner, who is now the Director of  Cancer Services was responsible. She denied everything including ordering ALL treatment stopped, but my Husband's Medical file told a different story. She wasn't even his Doctor and had no business giving any order's concerning my Husband. She is also the one who ordered the ILLEGAL DNR and the NH Medical Board refuses to do anything and neither does the State of NH. The Medical Board admitted the DNR was ILLEGAL, but they said it was due to miscommunication. So does that give them the right to Murder my Husband and NOT be held accountable? They ALL belong in jail. Let's see how they like their new sucky lives!

WHAT DO I DO NOW THAT MY LOVED ONE WAS MURDERED BY HOSPICE?

WHAT DO I DO NOW THAT MY LOVED ONE WAS MURDERED BY HOSPICE?

All cases of hastening death need to be reported and tracked. If we do not report them, we will not have statistics at any point to prove that our loved ones are not dying with natural causes and in their own time. It is illegal to hasten people’s death and yet that is what is happening every day and we need to document and report all occurrences!  The steps listed below are provided to assist you in knowing what you can do now that you and your loved one lost the battle and they are gone.

Immediately notify the hospice provider (administrator) that you are not satisfied with the care your loved one received (Abuse, neglect or poor conditions.)  You may do this verbally, but follow up in writing and make sure you keep records of everything, even verbal conversations including who exactly you spoke with.

If you hope that the local prosecutor will bring charges of a crime and want to preserve evidence, do not let anyone embalm or cremate your loved one until a toxicology report and/or autopsy are performed. Notify the hospice provider, funeral home and coroner verbally and in writing specifying what should happen to the deceased patient’s body.

Acquire a copy of all of the medical records to include all drugs given to your loved one.  If you are named as the Personal Representative of the Estate of the deceased, then and only then are they required by law to give you a copy of the medical records. If nobody is named as Personal Rep. of the Estate, then you can seek to be named at the County Clerk’s office.  You must request the records by Certified, Return Receipt U.S. Mail so you have a paper trail documenting your request.

Go through the medical records line by line and take notes on what drugs were given, what doses, the combinations and amount of time between the administration of any medications.

Write down any conversations between any staff, patient or family that you feel are pertinent or contradictory to what occurred.

If they will not give you a copy. Go here for information on acquiring. https://www.hospicepatients.org/chart-denied.html
Once you have this information, it is best to put your complaint in writing where you can go over it to make sure you have added all pertinent data. Use the medical records to point out specifics with dates and names and mail certified/return receipt via U.S. Postal Service.  You can use a complaint form on the www.hospicepatients.org website complaint form
Report any instances of abuse, neglect or poor care to your State’s Department of Health hospice certification and inspections department  www.hospicepatients.org/stadrss.html

Report the incident to 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227)

Report the incident to the Police, if you believe a crime has been committed

If you believe your loved one did not qualify for hospice or was not enrolled in an “early admission” program to hospice, or if the hospice did not provide required services to the patient, report the hospice fraud to the Office of Inspector General Fraud Hotline 1-800-447-8477 (800-HHS-TIPS) or  https://oig.hhs.gov/fraud/report-fraud/

If you have documentation of a pattern of major hospice fraud, you can alternatively report this to your local U.S. Attorney’s Office.
           U.S. ATTORNEY'S OFFICE  https://www.justice.gov/usao.
Main office address:    U.S. Department of Justice, Washington D.C. 20530-0001

Use your influence to give reviews on the facility on their Facebook page and on Yelp and any other area where you can warn others about your experience.  Do not use bad language or name specific individuals. This will help you avoid threats of legal action due to (false) claims of defamation or libel.

Tell your story to others verbally; and to www.hospicepatients.org, www.halovoice.org and/or on TSRadio with Betrayed by Hospice by contacting Marsha at marshajoiner2018@gmail.com

Watching a loved one be murdered is extremely stressful and you may need to find a support group where you feel safe to talk about what happened with people who understand. You need to understand that you did everything you could to save your loved one and are not guilty. There was no way you could have known and in many cases, if you didn’t have power of attorney, there was nothing you could have done.  One group on Facebook - Murdered by Hospice members understand and are a good support group. You will need to request to join and respond to all questions as all members are vetted to try to keep others from disparaging its members.
Side Note - If a hospice bills you directly for hospice services related to the terminal illness, even though the patient has coverage under Medicare, Medicaid or private insurance, fraudulent double-billing may be occurring. Don't be exploited. Report it. Help stop hospice fraud!

Caring, Not Killing: No to Assisted Suicide-Please Contact the NH Legislature to Oppose this Bill

Caring, Not Killing: No to Assisted Suicide

Once again, an assisted suicide bill is being introduced in Concord. Cornerstone Action will be there to say that New Hampshire can do better. Caring, not killing, is the right approach when we’re faced with terminal illness.
Unlike last year’s “study” bill, this year’s HB 1659-FN would directly legalize assisted suicide. The sponsors of the bill use all kinds of words to avoid saying suicide: “death with dignity,” “patient directed care,” “autonomy,” “end of life decisions.”
We find more clarity in the bill’s Statement of Purpose, which contains a legislative finding clearly stating that everything the bill would authorize is to be considered a type of medical care.
This is not authentic compassion for anyone suffering from a terminal illness. Furthermore, a pro-suicide agenda will affect everyone in New Hampshire. Here are some of the unintended consequences of assisted suicide legalization.
  • Exploits medically vulnerable individuals. Once assisted suicide becomes a form of medical care, there is no telling how many medically, psychologically, and financially vulnerable Granite Staters would get the message that suicide is cheaper than supportive services.
  • Undermines suicide prevention efforts. Suicide in New Hampshire, especially among veterans and teens, is rightly recognized as a public health problem to be solved. Passing an assisted suicide law sends a confounding and false message to anyone considering suicide: your life is only as valuable as you think it is.
  • Opens the door to broader availability. Regardless of the so-called protections that  to limit assisted suicide’s use to people with terminal illnesses, “mission creep” is inevitable. Oregon’s assisted suicide law has been in effect since 1997. The 2018 annual report on the law’s effect, published by the state of Oregon, lists diabetes and arthritis among the “terminal conditions” that made patients eligible for assisted suicide. (See footnote 3 of the Oregon report, page 13.)
  • Pain is often not why individuals request assisted suicide. You only need to look to this Oregon study to see that most individuals sought assisted suicide because they feared “being a burden.” This puts individuals with chronic illness or disability who need support at risk and further marginalizes and devalues them.
  • No one can accurately predict end of life — not even a physician. This opens the door to death under a wrong assumption or even unintended tragedy because of an inaccurate diagnosis.
  • Assisted suicide creates a culture of death rather than one of help-seeking.  The purpose of medical care is to treat illness and improve life, not to facilitate death. By making assisted suicide part of the discussion and a treatment “option,” especially when someone has a chronic illness, it’s only a matter of time before personal choice becomes a “duty to die.”
New Hampshire is stronger when assisted suicide isn’t part of the culture. We will stand with other New Hampshire advocates for the dignity of human life in opposition to HB 1659-FN.

Jimmo Settlement-CMS.Gov-Why is this NOT Enforced???

Home - Centers for Medicare

Important Message About the Jimmo Settlement

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) reminds the Medicare community of the Jimmo Settlement Agreement (January 2013), which clarified that the Medicare program covers skilled nursing care and skilled therapy services under Medicare’s skilled nursing facility, home health, and outpatient therapy benefits when a beneficiary needs skilled care in order to maintain function or to prevent or slow decline or deterioration (provided all other coverage criteria are met).  Specifically, the Jimmo Settlement Agreement required manual revisions to restate a “maintenance coverage standard” for both skilled nursing and therapy services under these benefits:
Skilled nursing services would be covered where such skilled nursing services are necessary to maintain the patient's current condition or prevent or slow further deterioration so long as the beneficiary requires skilled care for the services to be safely and effectively provided.
Skilled therapy services are covered when an individualized assessment of the patient's clinical condition demonstrates that the specialized judgment, knowledge, and skills of a qualified therapist (“skilled care”) are necessary for the performance of a safe and effective maintenance program.  Such a maintenance program to maintain the patient's current condition or to prevent or slow further deterioration is covered so long as the beneficiary requires skilled care for the safe and effective performance of the program.
The Jimmo Settlement Agreement may reflect a change in practice for those providers, adjudicators, and contractors who may have erroneously believed that the Medicare program covers nursing and therapy services under these benefits only when a beneficiary is expected to improve.  The Jimmo Settlement Agreement is consistent with the Medicare program’s regulations governing maintenance nursing and therapy in skilled nursing facilities, home health services, and outpatient therapy (physical, occupational, and speech) and nursing and therapy in inpatient rehabilitation hospitals for beneficiaries who need the level of care that such hospitals provide.

Additional Information

In essence, the Jimmo Settlement Agreement clarifies
Medicare’s longstanding policy that coverage of skilled nursing
and skilled therapy services in the Skilled Nursing Facility
(SNF), Home Health (HH), and Outpatient Therapy (OPT)
settings does not turn on the presence or absence of a
beneficiary’s potential for improvement, but rather on the
beneficiary’s need for skilled care.
For ready reference, this CMS web page serves to provide
access, in one location, to various public documents related to
the Jimmo Settlement Agreement. Included in those public
documents is an FAQ document for easy access. The
Jimmo Settlement Agreement does not alter or supersede any
other applicable coverage requirements beyond those
involving the need for skilled care, such as Medicare’s overall
requirement that covered services must be reasonable and
necessary to diagnose or treat the beneficiary’s condition, or
existing statutory limitations on the amount or duration of
Medicare benefits.

Today is the 34 month Anniversary of the ILLEGAL Medical Murder of my beloved Husband Bill Knightly by St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua, NH

Today is the 34 month Anniversary of the ILLEGAL Medical Murder of my beloved Husband Bill Knightly. Still NO prosecutions! Still fighting for Justice! Still sitting in limbo, waiting for OUR Government to step in and do something about my husband's murder, along with ALL of our Loved ones Medically Murdered by the Medical UN-professionals we "Once" trusted. Medical UN-professionals who no longer care about the people they were "once" trained to care for, which is no longer the norm. Real Medical care no longer exist's. Maybe for the elite it does, but not the rest of us. The medical profession has turned into a big money business. No compassion anymore. REAL Doctor's are few and far between. We are nothing more than dollar signs, written off by Death Monger's, Satan's spawn, who find it easier to kill us off than to abide by their Hippocratic Oath. An oath that probably no longer exist's.
The Murderers will NEVER forget my Husband's name or the fight I'm giving them. They messed with the family of a truly amazing man. A man who was worth his weight in gold. A man loved by everyone, whose loss is just too much to bear. Every day is worse than the day before. It doesn't get any easier just knowing Medical Murderer's get a free pass. Whatever happened to "Thou shalt NOT kill"? These are crimes against humanity, but our Government does NOTHING to stop them. The land of the free and the home of the brave. That is if you can survive being Medically Murdered! Euthanasia is most definitely being practiced in New Hampshire! Fact!!! Where NON-consensual Hospice/Palliative care are UN-KNOWINGLY forced on patients and UN-Ethical Medical UN-professionals force DNR's on patient's who REFUSE. Ask the New Hampshire Medical Board. They are the ones who admitted the DNR on My Husband was ILLEGAL. Due to Miscommunication! So does that give these scumbags the right to walk free and continue Murdering people?  The Murderers have free rein! What does that tell you about the State of NH? If you want REAL Medical Care, stay away from NH! The Murderers are STILL here killing off our Loved Ones!

I Love you My Knight and always will!

Today is the 33 Month Anniversary of My Husband Bill Knightly's Medical Murder by St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua, NH

                                                         Me and My Knight
Today makes 33 month's since the needless, senseless death of My Husband, thank's to St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua, NH. And no, life has not gotten any easier. It's worse than ever. When you're with someone for 42 and a half year's, it's extremely hard trying to live without them. Life just isn't the same and never will be. He made life worth living. No more fun times, only sorrow, for all of us.
He is so dearly loved and missed. I don't know how I've made it thus far. Just going through the motion's of life, trying to do what I can to get by. To try my best to take care of what I have to do. Not what I want to do. What I HAVE to do. So much sadness. Too much sadness.
So for whoever reads this, PLEASE stay away from this Hospital. They do whatever they want WITHOUT CONSENT, which includes ILLEGAL DNR's. If you want to die, then this is the Hospital for you. The Hospital of Death, Sepsis Central. You'd think a Catholic Hospital would try to save it's patient's. Not this one! I can't wait to see this dump go down the tubes. And it will.

I Love you My Knight and always will!
